In the name of the State of Maine, you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of Stoneham, 
qualified to vote in town affairs, to assemble at the Stoneham Fire Station, in said Stoneham on the 
6th day of March A.D. 2010, at 10:00AM in the morning to act on the following articles, to wit:

12   To see if the town favors purchasing one (1) acre of land adjacent to the current town office lot using the current and appropriated monies in the 5610-Building Fund account.

 

13   To see if the town will approve the funding, committee, and administrative requirements for RFA 200909521 Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grants available to the Town of Stoneham. Approval also authorizes the Selectmen the authority to enter a multi-year contract if necessary to execute the implementation of the grant. Using current and appropriated monies in the 5610-Building Fund account would provide the current funding requirement for $1,000.

 

14   To see if the town favors remodeling the current town office in-accordance with the plans submitted and using current and appropriated monies in the 5610-Building Fund account.

 

15   To see if the town favors updating, such as painting and new carpeting, the town's Community Room using current and appropriated monies in the 5610-Building Fund account.

 

16   To see if the town favors developing a plan to change the town's fiscal year from January 1st through December 31st to July 1st to June 30th.
