Information on: Waterford/Stoneham/Albany/Mason Single Stream Recycling

 

Dump Hours: Tue and Thu. noon-4:00pm, Sat. 8:00am-4:00pm, Sun. 9:00am-2:00pm (Eastern time)

Permits: Are issued at the each of the town offices. Permits are only to residents or property owners within the three town (ships) at.

The Fees will be paid by the disposer of the Construction & Demolition Debris*  Voucher amounting
to the required values shall be given to the Transfer Station Attendant before unloading.

*Construction and Demolition Debris: waste resulting from construction, remodeling, or demolition of
structures. It includes, but not limited to, building materials, asphalt shingles and roofing, and any similar
materials. It does not include asbestos products and any other special waste, which must be disposed
of at an approved hazardous waste site. (Furniture, mattresses, tires and white goods are not classified
as Construction and Demolition Debris.

Fees: (Construction & Demolition Debris)

Minimum fee $25
Small pickup truck (short bed $50
Regular pickup (long bed) $100
Dump truck or trailer $200

Paperboard (cereal/shoe boxes)
Milk/Juice Cartons
Cardboard/Brown Paper Bags
Plastic Bottles and Containers Numbered #1-7
Including Soda/Juice/Water Bottles
Milk Jugs, Bleach/Detergent, Shampoo Bottles
Food containers (cottage cheese/margarine/yogurt)
Glass Bottles/Jars (any color)
Aluminum (pie plates/trays/foil)
Metal Cans (tin/steel/aluminum)

All Cans Must be Empty and Non-Hazardous

Additional Rigid Plastics:
1-5 Gallon Buckets and Small Plastic Bins (up to 5 gallon), Milk/Soda crates, Laundry Baskets, Plastic Toys, Landscape Trays, Plastic Plant Pots, Kitty Litter Buckets, Kiddie Pools


What NOT to include:
No Plastic Bags/Film, Stretch wrap
No Window Glass/Mirrors/Light Bulbs
No Dishes, No Pyrex, No Ceramics
No Foam Packaging (peanuts)
No Styrofoam - even if it has this symbol: Number 6 Plastic
Hard, Brittle plastic is not acceptable
No Trash, Furniture or Appliances
No Recyclables Containing Food Waste
